Your First
Visit.

Assessment and treatment in the same session.

01

Before You Arrive

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to the area of concern, and eat a light meal beforehand. If you have imaging, a referral, or notes from a previous provider, bring them along.

02

The Assessment

Your visit begins with a thorough conversation: your history, your symptoms, what you've already tried. Then a hands-on evaluation of posture, movement, and palpation. The goal is to find the source, not just confirm where it hurts.

03

The Treatment

I'll explain what I found and what I recommend before any needles are placed. Treatment typically combines acupuncture and dry needling in the same session, targeted to the specific tissues driving your pain. Sessions are one-on-one, start to finish.

"He took incredible care of my 10-year-old daughter from start to finish. He immediately put her at ease and even helped her overcome her fear of needles. He even followed up afterward to check on her."

After Treatment

Some patients feel immediate relief; others notice a gradual change over 24–48 hours. Mild soreness in treated areas is normal, similar to a deep tissue massage. Stay hydrated and avoid intense exercise for the rest of the day.

05

What Comes Next

Before you leave, you'll know what was found, what was treated, and what the plan looks like going forward. Follow-up visits are shorter and build on each session's progress. The goal is always resolution, not ongoing management.

The work starts before the needles do.
