Acunatomy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at acunatomynj.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover information collected during clinical visits, which is governed by healthcare privacy laws including HIPAA. A separate Notice of Privacy Practices is available at our office.

Information You Give Us

Phone and text. If you call or text (201) 786-8060, what you share is used to answer your question or schedule your visit.

Information Collected Automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (city level, from your IP address), how you arrived, and clicks on elements such as "Schedule Online," "Call or Text," and the address link. Google processes this data under its data processing terms. We retain it for up to 14 months.

Advertising measurement. We run search ads on Google. To measure whether an ad led to a booking or a call, we use the Google Ads conversion tag, and Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account. When you arrive from an ad, the address carries a Google click identifier and campaign tags that name the ad source, campaign, and keyword. We store those in your browser for up to 90 days and pass them to our booking page so that a booking can be matched to the ad. We do not use this data to build a profile of you and we do not show you ads on other sites based on your visit.

Session recording. We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors move through the site: scrolling, clicks, and taps, shown as replays and heatmaps. Clarity masks text you type into form fields by default. We use these recordings to find parts of the site that are confusing or broken. Clarity's handling of this data is described in Microsoft's privacy statement.

Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and operation of the site.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google Ads may set cookies to measure conversions. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies to link the pages of one visit. We store the Google click identifier and campaign tags described above in your browser's local storage. None of these contains your name, email, or health information.

Fonts and images are served from our own site. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.

How We Use Information

To understand how the site is used and improve it. To measure whether our advertising works. To respond when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not share it except with the service providers named above, who process it for us.

This site is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

New Jersey law gives residents certain rights over personal data, which may include access, correction, deletion, and opting out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.
